Overview

REMIX Summit, Australia’s largest creative industries conference, is back (and in-person) following one of the most challenging periods ever faced by the creative sector. Taking place on 8-9 March 2022 in Sydney, this edition is a special national event to support the recovery and reinvention of the creative industries (supported by the Commonwealth governments RISE program). Exploring the future of the cultural and creative industries our first 25 speakers include the former Creative Director of Apple, Industrial, Light & Magic (Disney), RONE, Airbnb, ACMI, Pub Choir, TikTok, Science Gallery Melbourne, HOTA (Home of the Arts), YouTube, Malthouse Theatre (Because the Night), The LUME and many more. About the artist

REMIX Sydney is attended by over 800 delegates over 2-days and explores the future of culture and the creative industries, creative cities and the creative economy. Previous speakers have included the CEO of Burning Man, NASA, the creator of the High Line park in New York, Creative Director, Cirque du Soleil Lab, the CEO of Meow Wolf, the Co-Founders of Punchdrunk (Sleep No More), TeamLab, Animal Logic and the MD of Disney Australia as well as organisations ranging from MoMA to Airbnb.
