The Foundation for Australian and New Zealand Arts (FANZA) in conjunction with the Australasian Law Society is pleased to present FANZA Classica, Real and Right and True- a celebration of Australian, New Zealand and British songs from some of Australia and Britain’s best-loved composers.
Australians Lotte Betts-Dean (mezzo soprano) and Joseph Havlat (pianist/composer) join New Zealand baritone Kieran Rayner for a one-hour programme of fine classical fare in the glorious setting of Christopher Wren’s St Mary-at-Hill church, Lovat Lane EC3R 8EE, near Monument.
The programme is part of the 2021/2022 UK/Australia Season of Culture. Doors open at 5.30pm for a prompt start at 6pm. Tickets for the evening, including drinks, are available through Eventbrite for £25 plus handling fees. Special ticket prices available for young adults and under-25s.
FANZA is a charity based in the UK which promotes and celebrates the range and vitality of Australian and New Zealand arts and culture. FANZA supports the UK/Australia Season of Culture and is curating a programme of events featuring Australian artists working or living in the UK.
The Anglo-Australasian Law Society celebrates the distinguished shared legal heritage between Australia, New Zealand and England, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas.
