This conversation is held live at Meeting Place, Arts Access Australia’s disability arts forum, in partnership with Undercover Artist Festival.
Presented by Access Arts, Undercover Artist Festival exists to profile and promote outstanding work by artists with disability. Undercover Artist Festival is the must-see event of 2021, taking place 16-18 September.
Arts Access Australia is bringing Meeting Place, Australia’s annual forum on arts, culture and accessibility to Brisbane for the first time in 2021, to be presented in conjunction with Undercover Artist Festival.
Meeting Place is a national forum created in 2012 to build stronger linkages and collaboration between stakeholders. Meeting Place is held annually and brings Deaf, disabled and non-disabled artists with disability together with industry leaders in an accessible and supported space, to present, perform, discuss and debate the latest in arts and accessibility.
This panel discussion facilitated by Undercover Artist Festival Director Madeleine Little. Panel members include UK-based dancer Dan Daw, academic researcher and circus artist Racheal Missingham, and Artistic Associate at IndelabilityArts Alexandra Ellen.
